Your contribution helps bring experienced leadership to West Virginia's Supreme Court. Every contribution, large or small, makes a difference in helping Judge Kirkpatrick's campaign.
Paid for by Kirk For The Court. $2,800 is the legal maximum for contributions. Couples may give double — $5,600 — from a joint account with both signatures on the check. State law requires us to obtain the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals on contributions of $250 or more per election cycle. Political contributions are not charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Corporate and foreign national contributions are not permitted. Public employees please disregard.
